Conditions for return
If you do not want to exchange the product, you can return the item and the money will be in favor of the customer. We can generate a Credit Note that you can use within the same collection or you can request a refund for the product.
The deadline to request a return is 10 days from the purchase.
Garments that are in good condition, unused and with the tags on will be accepted, WITHOUT EXCEPTION. The money will be returned to the customer once we can verify that the garments are in perfect condition.
To make the return in person in our showroom, please present yourself with the purchase receipt or, if the purchase was made online, with the order number.
To make the return online, please, we need you to send the products to our showroom.
Shipping costs will not be included as a balance in favor of the customer.
It is noted that the refund of the money may not be immediate, due to technical administrative issues beyond the control of “VALENZA”.
Once the aforementioned period has expired, the user will not be able to claim a refund.
