How do I buy in the online store?

  1. Choose the product you want to buy.
  2. Click the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the product to your cart and take you to it.
  3. You can continue adding other products to the cart or else click on "Start Shopping".
  4. Fill in your contact information and click "Continue".
  5. Enter the address where you want to receive the product. Then click "Continue".
  6. Select the shipping method you want and click "Continue". Shipments are made through DHL.
  7. Choose the payment method. Once you have chosen the payment method, click "Continue".
  8. Finally, on the Purchase Confirmation page you can review all the purchase information. Then click "Continue".
  9. There you will be redirected to another screen to complete the data on the chosen payment method. After confirming the purchase you will receive an email from us, that will not be a proof of payment.
  10. Once the payment is credited, we will make the corresponding shipment of the products you have purchased.

How long do the products in my cart last?

The deadline is 48 hours within the cart. If payment is not made after this period, it will no longer be available and you will have to start the purchase again.
